Department are categorized
into companys such as education, experience, position and city.
Interview process starts in accordance with your qualities
and vacant positions. After the pre-interviews carried out by Human Resources Department,
candidates evaluated as suitable for the corporate culture and skills needed for the positions
are invited again for the second interview.
Second interviews are conducted with the related manager as
well as Human Resources department.
If both parties agree on the responsibilities and working
conditions, an employment proposal is made. If the parties cannot come to an agreement on the
aforementioned conditions, the information given by the candidate is stored in our system to be
evaluated further for suitable positions.
