Yes, you need to send next information to help@gunsel.ua :
• statutory and registration documents of your organization/company;
• route, date and time of the trip for which tickets are required;
• last name and first name of the passenger (for international trips - in Latin , with the series and number of the passport);
• the contact phone number of the passenger or person in charge of the group.
Applications are processed on working days from 10.00 to 18.00.
Tickets with discounts are always available for certain categories of passengers*:
- children (up to 5 years old inclusive on the date of travel) -50% discount.
Gunsel also often holds promotions in which everyone can take part and purchase tickets at a special discount.
Discounted tickets are available on the official website https://gunsel.ua/ and in contact *Passengers who have used the discount must have a document confirming the right to receive the discount (birth certificate) when boarding the bus
If the ticket contains up to 3 errors in the surname and name, which do not lead to their complete change, then passengers with such a ticket can be accepted for trip without the need to correct it. If any ticket has an error in the date of departure, such tickets must be returned to the place of purchase prior to the date of departure and new ones purchased.
If the ticket was bought on the Gunsel website :
The link to the tickets is available in an SMS message* after the successful purchase of the ticket, which will be sent to the specified phone number. If after buying the ticket did not arrive by e-mail, follow the following procedure:
• check the status of the ticket payment (if the time for its issuance expires, it may not be generated and payment from the card has not been withdrawn);
• check the Spam folder and other sections of the mailbox;
• if the ticket is not in the e-mail box (including in the "Spam"/"Junk mail" folder), write a request to help@gunsel.ua .
Tickets do not come to mailboxes that are registered on yandex.ru, mail.ru and other prohibited Russian domains in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
*SMS messages are sent only to numbers of Ukrainian mobile operators. If the ticket was bought on another site : Please contact the support service of the service where you bought the tickets.
It is not necessary to print the ticket. Boarding on bus is allowed with a ticket in PDF format, on the screen of your phone and/or tablet.

Transportation of animals, birds and pets on buses is prohibited, except for guide dogs if they accompany persons with disabilities.
Gunsel buses are not equipped with toilet facilities, however, regular sanitary stops are made along the route, the place and duration of which are announced by the crew.
If the passenger left things on the bus, please call +380 (93) 327-16-02 (daily from 7:00 to 19:00).
If items have been found, they will be kept by Gunsel and will be returned to the passenger upon request.
An electronic ticket (the number ends with 20) can be returned before departure your bus on the website at the link . To return it, the passenger must enter the ticket number and the security code are indicated in the upper right corner of the ticket. If it is impossible to cancel the ticket (subject to the temporary return conditions), you must write a request to the e- mail help@gunsel.ua.
Tickets purchased from Gunsel Ticket Offices (number ends with 10/15) will be returned at the offices where they were purchased or at offices where the ticket return service is available. Tickets are returned upon presentation of the original ticket and an identity document .
Tickets purchased at the ticket offices of bus stations are returned exclusively at the ticket offices of bus stations.
Tickets purchased from partner agencies are returned exclusively through the services of partner agencies.
