To cancel an e-ticket that was purchased on the website / Gunsel Lines mobile application (the ticket number ends with "20"), you should enter the e-ticket number and security code indicated in the upper right corner, as well as specify the reason for canceling the e-ticket.

After successful ticket cancellation, a corresponding message will appear on the screen, and you will receive an SMS message to the mobile number that you specified when purchasing the ticket.

Attention! Less than 1 hour before the bus departure, the e-ticket cannot be canceled.
