On August 13, a press conference was held at the PinchukArtCentre, at which the company Gunsel Group and FlixBus, which began operations in Ukraine in June 2019, announced the beginning of cooperation.

The companies jointly launch three international routes.

Gunsel Group’s speaker was General Manager Zeki Kocak. From FlixBus – FlixBus Managing director in Poland and Ukraine Michal Lehman. In addition to the press, the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine, Volodymyr Omelyan, was present at the press conference.

The cooperation will start from 19 August 2019 and will cover our international routes to Poland (Warsaw, Wroclaw) and the Czech Republic (Prague).

In the direction of Kiev-Warsaw (via Lublin) the bus will run daily, Kiev-Wroclaw (via Zhytomyr, Rivne, Lviv, Krakow, Katowice) – three times a week; Kiev-Prague (via Zhytomyr, Rivne, Lviv, Hradec Kralove) – also three times a week.

Each Gunsel Group bus will have 15 marked Flixbus passenger seats on these routes.

“We want to unite the three capitals – Kyiv, Prague and Warsaw. We are also going to connect Lviv and Zhytomyr to our international hubs. Then a passenger departing from Ukraine with only one change will be able to reach a huge number of cities in Europe,” said Michal Lehman.

Further plans include strong cooperation and the development of new routes to reach most Ukrainian cities, so that it can be easily reached from almost anywhere in Ukraine.

As a result of this collaboration, Ukrainians will be able to travel more, and we, as a team of Gunsel Group, will do everything to improve the quality of our service!
